MISSION STATEMENT
We partner with schools, educators, and organizations to close the gaps between young people and the opportunities they deserve. Through coaching, training, and systems that work, we help students get what they need and help adults show up ready to support them.

We know counselors and college and career readiness teachers carry a lot. Our job is to take some of that weight off. With the right systems and support in place, we help schools maximize their time, reach more young people, and focus on what matters most.

OUR SERVICES
COLLEGE & CAREER SUPPORT
We help young people figure out what comes next and how to get there. That includes support with college and trade school applications, personal statements, scholarships, and financial aid. We want young people to leave with a plan they understand and a financial package that makes sense. We also help schools build systems to make this kind of support available year-round, not just during senior year.
LEADERSHIP COACHING
Leadership is not just for the loudest voice in the room. We help young people build confidence, understand their values, and grow their ability to lead with clarity and care. Whether they are leading in a formal role or just trying to step up in their own life, we meet them where they are and help them grow.
WORKFORCE READINESS
We prepare young people for real life beyond high school. In our sessions, they build resumes, practice interviews, learn how to budget, and get familiar with workplace expectations. We also expose them to different career paths, including entrepreneurship and creative work, so they can explore what fits them best. We focus on skills they can use right now and keep for life.
ORGANIZING &
ADVOCACY TRAINING
We show young people how to use their voice to make real change. They learn how to identify issues, build strategies, work with peers, and speak up in ways that get attention and drive results. These sessions are rooted in action. Young people leave knowing how to lead campaigns, challenge systems, and move people.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR EDUCATORS
We work with administrators, teachers, paraprofessionals, counselors, and youth staff to help them better support the young people they serve. Our trainings are practical & honest. We cover topics such as building trust, culturally responsive advising, and staying grounded while doing hard work. We also hold space for teams to reflect, recharge and realign with their purpose.
​YOUTH-CENTERED CONSULTING
We help schools and organizations build systems that make sense for young people. That might include creating stronger scholarship processes, designing leadership programs, or rethinking how support is delivered every day. We do this work in partnership. You bring the goals and we help build the structure.
